Altamura
Altamura, is a small town located in the north-west of Puglia.
It is famous for the Claustri, the typical small squares in the historic centre, and several monuments, such as the Cathedral dedicated to the Assumption founded by Frederick II of Swabia, the Church of San Biagio, the Church of San Nicola dei Greci and museums such as the National Archaeological Museum.
